MEET THE TEAM// NORFOLKING AROUND EDITION

We thought we would make a change this week and shine the spotlight on us, The Norfolking Around team!

Norfolking Around was born after many discussions of wanting to plan beautifully stylish children's events and noticing a lack of local suppliers when planning Alex and Becky were planning their own children's parties. Due to the pandemic, the business strategy had to change which is where they developed the idea of turning Norfolking Around into an online curated lifestyle store.

Alex and Becky are old school friends and reconnected when their children began their school life together in Norfolk. Alex and Callum became friends 8 years ago when Callum’s partner who is a previous colleague of Alex’s introduced them to each other. After Alex introduced Becky to Callum they knew that he was the perfect fit for the business and asked him to join the team.

Becky brings experience in the children's retail sector, having founded a successful online business, and she is excited to bring her skills to this exciting new venture.

Alex brings experience from her international wedding planning and hire business and has always wanted to expand into children's events.

Callum brings experience in Wedding, Events and Hotel management and has recently become an accredited interior designer after working towards his qualification throughout lockdown.

So, without further ado, here’s a little about each of us.
