Waxham Barn - Coastal Spring Celebration

Waxham Barn is a coastal gem. The beauty of this venue is that you can really put your own stamp on it. This was certainly a beautifully unique spring celebration, with so many personal touches.

The bride and her bridesmaids were in the nearby Officer's House they had a relaxed morning and did their own hair and makeup.

Everyone made their way to Happisburgh church for the service. It was a truly personal ceremony with musical performances from some of the bridesmaids and also from the groom's cousin and uncle.

Guests were then transported to Waxham Barn by double-decker bus - a lovely nod to the bride and groom's home in London.

Guests gathered in the barn for delectable canapés from Florentina whilst listening to Abi Rose Sax play cafe del Mar style music. It certainly brought Ibiza vibes to the North Norfolk Coast.

The barn was dressed with white lanterns and festoon, we styled rustic tables with spring flowers and created  hand-blown calligraphy eggs for each place setting.

The wedding breakfast by Florentina was a scrumptious family style roast, served to each table. For the evening we created mini bars for each table with a recipe to the perfect espresso martini along with a bowl of easter eggs. This was the perfect way to kick off the evening's festivities.

The Killer Groove band had everyone up on the floor all night. The atmosphere was electric and with the custom lightbox adding an interactive feature for guests to have fun with.

We had so much fun planning this wedding, the bride and groom were amazing and we loved creating this personal Spring wedding for them.
